Jewellery Workshop

Y10 Able, Gifted & Talented
Pupils
The
Year 10 Able, Gifted and
Talented experienced high
class jewellery manufacture
with History teacher Mrs.
Alcock demonstrating how to
use an assortment of beads
and crystals to produce some
stunning outcomes.
Mrs.
Alcock produces bespoke
jewellery as a hobby and has
created some beautiful
pieces of work. As the Able,
Gifted and Talented pupils
had been looking at
jewellery designs in
association with partnership
school Lathom Technology
College, Mrs. Alcock offered
her expertise and resources
to further expand the
pupils’ knowledge,
understanding and experience
of designing and
manufacturing skills.
Able,
Gifted and Talented
co-ordinator Mrs. McClymont
explained how the pupils
benefited from such
sessions.
